All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into our order form, it is transmitted across the internet in an encrypted form.

All Items are manufactured in the USA using Lead-Compliant Pewter. 
Our certificate of compliance along with an overview can be found on our
website under Safety Compliance.

Quest Beads’ stocked finishes are antique pewter & antique gold. Antique pewter is pewter which is brought to a bright finish and lightly antiqued. It is not plated. Antique gold is pewter which is electro-plated using 24K gold and then lightly antiqued.

Special finishes are not stocked. These require higher minimums and may incur a surcharge and/or deposit. Please contact us regarding special finishes which include: Light Antique Sterling (LAS), Brass Ox (BO), Gun Metal (GM), Matte Gold (MG) and More!

• Back-orders are shipped once available
• Allow up to 4 weeks for special finishes, custom items and items not in stock
• Large orders, orders of custom items and/or special finishes may require a deposit.
• *INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Allow  4 weeks to ship completely

• Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order and requires a return authorization. This return authorization number (RA#) must be clearly marked on package.
• Include a copy of the invoice and reason for the return.
• Full credit will be given on returns due to our error.
• Other Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• We will not accept returns on custom items or special finishes.
• We will not accept returns of items that have been altered in anyway. This includes, but is not limited to: bending, hammering, engraving and gluing.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed except for orders of custom items,
special finishes or 500+ units of any given product. These cannot be cancelled.

Quest Beads & Cast, Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors in a price or description. If you order the item before the correction, Quest Beads will contact you or cancel the order and issue you a refund or may make other reasonable adjustments.  You may also return any item to us for a full refund.
