All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into our order form, it is transmitted across the internet in an encrypted form.

All Items are manufactured in the USA using Lead-Compliant Pewter. 
Our certificate of compliance along with an overview can be found on our
website under Safety Compliance.

Quest Beads’ stocked finishes are antique pewter & antique gold. Antique pewter is pewter which is brought to a bright finish and lightly antiqued. It is not plated. Antique gold is pewter which is electro-plated using 24K gold and then lightly antiqued.

Special finishes are not stocked. These require higher minimums and may incur a surcharge and/or deposit. Please contact us regarding special finishes which include: Light Antique Sterling (LAS), Brass Ox (BO), Gun Metal (GM), Matte Gold (MG) and More!

• Items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days
• Back-orders are shipped within 2 weeks
• Back-orders under $40 will be canceled
• Allow up to 2 weeks for special finishes, custom items and items not in stock
• Large orders, orders of custom items and/or special finishes may require a deposit.
• *INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Allow 2- 3 weeks to ship completely

Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS from New York. Freight, insurance and handling charges will be added. Customer must pay for shipping of back orders.

UPS cannot ship to a PO Box

Shipping methods include: UPS Ground, 3-day, 2nd day and Next Day. (If not stipulated in order, we will ship UPS Ground.)

UPS 3-Day Service is recommended for shipping to the west coast

We will email the tracking number of your shipment on the day of shipping (Pending email on file).

International orders: will be shipped via the most economical way from New York, unless preference of service is specified. Carriers used are UPS, DHL, FedEx and Express Mail (small orders only).

• All first orders: credit card.
• All major credit cards accepted.
• Net 30 Terms available pending credit approval. (Allow 2- 3 weeks after submitting application).
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Must be Prepaid and Bank Transfer only for orders over $1000.
• *For any bounced checks, a $25 charge will be issued.
• **Interest of 1% will be charged on past due accounts.

• Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order and requires a return authorization. This return authorization number (RA#) must be clearly marked on package.
• Include a copy of the invoice and reason for the return.
• Full credit will be given on returns due to our error.
• Other Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• We will not accept returns on custom items or special finishes.
• We will not accept returns of items that have been altered in anyway. This includes, but is not limited to: bending, hammering, engraving and gluing.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed except for orders of custom items,
special finishes or 500+ units of any given product. These cannot be cancelled.

Quest Beads & Cast, Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors in a price or description. If you order the item before the correction, Quest Beads will contact you or cancel the order and issue you a refund or may make other reasonable adjustments.  You may also return any item to us for a full refund.
